摘 要:在镀液中加入不同含量的碳纳米管,用复合电沉积工艺制备了碳纳米管/铅锡合金复合镀层,测试了其在不同载荷下的摩擦因数和磨损量,并对其磨损形貌和磨损机理进行了分析。结果表明:在相同条件下,碳纳米管/铅锡合金复合镀层的摩擦因数和磨损量均低于普通铅锡合金镀层的;当镀液中的碳纳米管含量为2 g·L^(-1)时,复合镀层的摩擦因数和磨损量最小;复合镀层的磨损机理为磨粒磨损,而不含碳纳米管的铅锡合金镀层的为粘着磨损。Carbon nanotubes(CNTs)/Pb-Sn alloy composite coatings were fabricated by electrodepositing in the plating solutions with different CNTs contents. Friction coefficient and weight loss of the composite coatings were measured under different loads. The worn morphology and wear mechanism were analyzed. The results indicate that the CNTs/Pb-Sn alloy.composite coatings had smaller friction coefficient and weight loss than these of ordinary Pb-Sn alloy coating under the same conditiorh The coating had the smallest friction coefficient and weight loss as the concentration of CNTs was 2 g· L-1. The wear mechanism of the composite coating was abrasive wear, and the wear mechanism of the Pb-Sn alloy coating without CNTs was adhesive wear.
