HPLC测定肿节风片中异秦皮啶和迷迭香酸的含量

摘　　要：目的:测定肿节风片中异秦皮啶和迷迭香酸的含量。方法:HPLC法;采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(20∶80);流速:1.0mL/min,柱温:35℃,检测波长为342nm。结果:异秦皮啶和迷迭香酸的线性良好,R2值分别为:0.99999和0.99992;平均回收率(n=6)分别为98.7%(RSD=2.22%)和96.9%(RSD=2.76%)。结论:该方法可行,准确度、重复性良好,可用于控制肿节风片的质量。AIM：To determine the contents of isofraxidin and rosmarinic acid in Zhongjiefeng Tablet（Sarcandra glabra（Thunb））. METHODS：HPLC was performed on Diamonsil C18 column（250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm）,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution（80 ∶ 20） at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min. The column temperature was set at 35 ℃,UV detection wavelength was at 342 nm. RESULTS：Contents of isofraxidin and rosmarinic acid detecded showed good linear relation（R2 =0. 999 99,0. 999 92,respectively） and the average recoveries（n =6） of 98. 7% （RSD =2. 22% ）and 96. 9% （RSD =2. 76% ）. CONCLUSION：The method is fea-sible,accurate and reliable,thereby available for quality control.
