楂七降脂袋泡茶剂对实验性高脂症大鼠肝组织细胞的影响

摘　　要：[目的]通过观察楂七降脂袋泡茶剂对实验性高脂症大鼠肝组织细胞的影响,探索中药复方制剂对高脂症的有效治疗途径。[方法]以喂高脂饲料方法建立高脂症大鼠模型,以楂七降脂袋泡茶剂高、中、低剂量为治疗组,血脂康治疗为对照组。连续灌胃给药30 d后,测定血脂各项主要指标及形态学显微镜检。[结果]与模型组相比,楂七降脂袋泡茶剂各剂量组及对照组,血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、γ-谷酰基转移酶、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。楂七降脂袋泡茶剂高、中剂量组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。楂七降脂袋泡茶剂各剂量组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,<0.01)。[结论]楂七降脂袋泡茶剂高、中、低剂量治疗组能有效调节实验性高脂症大鼠脂质代谢,从而改善肝功能,为临床运用其防治脂肪肝提供一定的实验研究依据。[Objective]To investigate the effective approach to treat hyperlipemia with Traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation by evaluating effect of Chinese medicine——Zhaqi Dried plum Dropping Fat Tea on hepatocytes in rats with hyperlipemia.[Methods]Rats were fed with high fat diet,and then were distributed into five groups.Three treated received intragastric administration of different dosage of Zhaqi dried plum dropping fat tea group（the high,middle and low dosage group）.The control group were treated with Xuezhikang capsules.All treatments lasted for 30 days.Then pathological changes of liver were observed under microsope,and primary indicators of blood lipid were tested.[Results]Blood lipid and lipoprotein were improved obviously in both treated groups and the treated control group versus the model group.Serum levels of ALT,AST,GGT,TG,TC decrease apparently within treated groups（P0.05）and the control group.Serum level of HDL increase markedly（P0.01）.Meanwhile,there was no significant difference within the high dosage group,the middle dosage group and the control group（P0.05）.Differences between three treated groups were of statistical significance（P0.05,P0.01）.[Conclusion]Zhaqi dried plum dropping fat tea has effects of regulating the metabolisim of lipid,protecting the liver cells,and this investigation supplies experimental evidence for clinical prevention and treatment in fatty liver diseases.
