摘  要:针对国内石油化工等行业中液位测量方法存在测量精度差、结构复杂及抗干扰能力弱等不足,利用激光位移传感器测量速度快、精度高、抗干扰能力强等优点,设计了一种新型的直射式激光液位测量系统。试验结果验证了该系统在液位精确测量中应用的正确性和可行性,提高了测量的稳定性和抗干扰性,激光三角位移法必将成为精确液位测量的发展方向。To overcome the demerits of the liquid level measurement in domestic petrochemical industries,e.g.low measuring accuracy,complex structure and weak anti-interference capability,etc.,the novel direct laser level measuring system has been designed by adopting laser displacement sensor because the sensor features fast speed of measurement,high accuracy and high capability of anti-interference.The result of tests verifies the correctness and feasibility of this system for enhancing the stability and anti-interference of measurement,it also indicates that the method of laser triangulation displacement shall become the developing trend for precise level measurement.
