摘 要:钢板出厂前必须进行切割精度检验,以满足用户的需求。针对常规薄钢板检测过程自动化程度不高、耗时较长等特点,提出了基于S7-300 PLC的薄钢板切割精度测量装置;同时考虑到常规检测测量精度不高、误差较大等不足,提出了基于解析几何的数学计算模型。该装置实现了薄钢板对角线差、高度以及斜切率的测量。经现场运行使用表明,装置运行稳定可靠、测量精度较高、操作方便。To meet the demands of users, it is necessary to check the cutting accuracy for steel sheets before being dispatched from the factory. Aiming at the features of conventional detecting process for steel sheets, i.e. low level of automation and time consuming, the measuring device based on s7-300 PLC is proposed. In addition, considering the disadvantages of lower detection accuracy and higher error rate, the mathematical calculation model based on analytic geometry is also put forward. The device can be used to measure diagonal difference, height and the ob- lique cutting rate of the steel sheets. The field operation indicates that the device is easily operated, stable, reliable and offers higher measuring accuracy.
