摘　　要：目的:探讨枳壳醇提有效部位及其所含部分单体成分对人神经母细胞瘤细胞SH-SY5Y生长的影响。方法:将细胞分为不同给药组,给以枳壳醇提有效部位及其所含的川陈皮素、红橘素、伞形酮和葡萄内酯不同浓度的试药,以四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法测定细胞的活力,分析药物对SH-SY5Y细胞生长的作用。结果:红橘素和伞形酮在实验浓度下对SH-SY5Y细胞生长无显著性影响;枳壳醇提有效部位、川陈皮素和葡萄内酯在实验浓度下对SH-SY5Y细胞生长有显著性影响,且呈浓度效应关系。结论:枳壳醇提有效部位、葡萄内酯和川陈皮素对神经细胞生长有保护作用。Objective：To study the effects of the active components in ethanol extract of Fructus Aurantii and its monomer compositions on the growth of human neuroblastoma （HNB）SY5Y.Methods：Divide the cells into different groups according to the different concentration of effective ethanol extract of Fructus Aurantii and main components,they were Nobiletin、Tangeretin、Umbelliferone and Auraptene. MTT metabolic rates were used to determine the cell survival rates,which indicated the effects on the growth of neurocytes.Result：Different concentration range of experiment of Tangeretin and Umbelliferone have no significant influence on the growth of （HNB）SY5Y. The effective ethanol extract of Fructus Aurantii、Nobiletin and Auraptene have significant influence on the growth of （HNB）SY5Y,which had the quantity effect relation with their concentration range of experiment. Conclusion：The effective ethanol extract of Fructus Aurantii、Nobiletin and Auraptene have protective effect on the growth of neurocytes.
