摘　　要：论述了在智能电网支持下网省调度在事故处理过程中,建立协助关系的必要性和可行性,表明了新型调度协助关系对电网运行安全性的重要性,并通过不同类型的事故分析,阐明了建立新型调度协助关系的方法。The necessities and feasibilities of the provincial networks dispatching to establish assistance relationship during fault treatment under the support of smart grid were elucidated in this paper.It indicated the importance of novel dispatching assistance to the security of the grid operation.A method to establish novel dispatching assistance was illustrated by analyzing different types of accidents.
