摘  要:从复杂系统建模与分析、热力系统分析与诊断、火电机组运行优化和节能优化控制等4个方面总结了目前火电机组节能优化的研究现状。指出当前火电机组节能优化的研究重点主要集中在节能分析与诊断方法、基于数据的运行参数优化理论与方法、锅炉燃烧优化等几个方向。其中,在运行参数优化方法中,锅炉烟气含氧量、汽轮机主蒸汽压力和凝汽器真空是影响机组煤耗的最重要的3个可控边界参数,对其优化设定值的研究尤为关键。最后,对解决目前节能优化研究中存在问题和难点的途径进行了展望。The research status of energy saving and optimization for thermal power generation unit was summarized from four aspects: modeling and analysis of complex system,analysis and diagnosis of thermal system,operation optimization for thermal power unit and energy saving optimal control.It was indicated that the current research of energy saving optimization for thermal power generation unit was mainly focused on the energy saving analysis and diagnostic method,the optimization theory and method of operation parameters based on data,the boiler combustion optimization.Among these aspects,considering the optimization method of operation parameters,three most important controllable boundary parameters were the boiler flue gas oxygen content,the main steam pressure of the turbine and the condenser vacuum.The research on their optimal set point was an important field.In the end,the methods to solve the problems and difficulties existing in the current research on energy saving and optimization were prospected.
