摘　　要：介绍了对燃煤电厂机组节能潜力进行评估的思路和方法。通过对整台机组运行经济性状况的全面、多层次的评估,可较准确掌握机组目前总的节能潜力及其分布情况,定量给出各设备或系统的节能潜力,并进行分析、诊断,查明原因,提供解决方案。The thought and method of evaluating energy saving potential of generation units in coal-fired power plant were presented.By evaluating the economic condition of the whole unit roundly and in multi levels,the current overall energy saving potential and distribution situation of the generation unit could be mastered more accurately.The energy saving potential of the equipments or the system was given quantitatively so as to analyze,diagnose,find out the reasons and provide the solutions.
