摘  要:针对上海某电厂7号炉甲侧电除尘器除尘效率低的问题,分析了影响除尘效率的各种因素,初步判断入口气流不均匀可能是造成该设备除尘效率低的主要原因,通过数值模拟和模化实验确定了提高气流均匀性的改造方案,改造实施前后的现场实验表明,额定负荷时的除尘效率得到较大幅度的提高,取得了较好的改造效果。The various factors affecting the efficiency of dust removal were analyzed aiming at the problem of the low dust removal efficiency for the "A" side electrostatic precipitator of the No.7 boiler at a Shanghai power plant.It could be preliminarily judged that the main reason for the low dust removal efficiency might be the uneven flow at the entrance.The retrofit scheme of improving the uniformity of the flow was determined through the numerical simulation and modeling experiment.The on-site experiment before and after the retrofit showed that the dust removal efficiency was increased greatly at the rated load and preferable retrofit results were obtained.
