摘　　要：电网企业管理和信息化技术的提升,促进了企业全面预算管理的发展。从加强电网企业财务预算和业务预算结合、业务流程、标准成本体系和信息化技术应用等四个方面,阐述了电网企业全面预算管理工作在企业信息化条件下需着重解决的问题。The development of the comprehensive budget management was promoted under the improvement of grid enterprise management and information technology.From strengthening four aspects of financial budget of grid enterprise,namely combining business budget,business process,standard costing system and the application of information technology.The problems needed to be emphatically solved were described about the grid enterprise comprehensive budget management under the condition of enterprise informationization.
