摘　　要：通过对短线路保护应用的现状、特点和光纤纵差保护的基本工作原理进行分析,指出光纤纵差保护是未来短线路保护应用的趋势。结合工程实践,阐明7SD610光纤纵差保护装置的特点和优势,并提出建议。Through analyzing the status and characteristics of the short circuit protection application and the basic working principle of the fiber differential protection,it was proposed that the fiber differential protection would be the further tendency of the short circuit protection application.Combined with the engineering application practice,the characteristics and advantages of 7SD610 fiber differential protection device were presented,and some suggestions were proposed.
