摘　　要：从毛茛科植物天葵 Ｓｅｍｉａｑｕｉｌｅｇｉａ ａｄｏｘｏｉｄｅｓ（ＤＣ．） Ｍａｋ．干燥全草中分得一种黄酮双糖苷称天葵苷（ｓｅｍｉａｑｕｉｌｉｎｏｓｉｄｅ），经理化及波谱分析，确定其结构为着刺槐素－（１→２）－Ｏ－α－Ｌ－鼠李糖基－６－Ｃ－β－Ｄ－吡喃葡萄糖苷。Two flavonoid glucosides (Ⅰ and Ⅱ )were isolated from the aerial part of Semiaquilegia adoxoides (DC.) Makino (Ranunculaceae) by repeated column chromatography with silica gel. The structure of Ⅰ, named as semiaquilinoside was established as acacetin(1-2)-O-α-L-rhamnosyl noside by spectral methods and X-ray analysis.
