摘 要:将集对分析方法用于滑动轴承摩擦学系统状态辨识,从同、异、反3个方面计算联系度来研究系统状态辨识的确定性与不确定性,将层次分析方法用于摩擦学系统监测属性权重的计算,实现集定量和定性信息于一体,据此建立基于磨粒分析的滑动轴承摩擦学系统状态辨识的集对分析模型,应用效果良好,具有计算简单、客观性强等特点,提高了状态辨识的准确性和客观性。In order to improve the accuracy and objectivity of tribology system condition identification, set pair analysis (SPA) was introduced to tribology system condition identification of sliding bearings. The basic concept of set pair analysis was used to calculate the relative value from identical-discrepancy-contrary to study the certainty and uncertainty of tribology system condition identification. Analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was used to achieve the weight of monitoring properties. The condition identification method of tribology system based on set pair analysis was established which collected the quantitative and qualitative information together, and was then used in the condition identification of sliding bearing. The results show that SPA method has the features of easy calculation and strong objectivity.
