摘 要:基于铜线高速拉拔对拉丝润滑剂的要求,研制出一种新型铜线拉丝润滑剂,该润滑剂为含少量矿物油的微乳化液,以合成多元醇脂肪酸酯为油性剂,水溶性含磷化合物为极压剂,聚醚类非离子表面活性剂为主乳化剂构成,具有良好的润滑、冷却、清洗作用,最大的特点是不易生成铜皂,使用寿命长,抗氧化性好,完全能满足铜线高速拉拔的要求。The new requirements of drawing lubricant for copper wire high speed drawing were introduced, and a new type of copper wire drawing lubricant was developed. This lubricant is a kind of micro-emulsion which is composed of a small amount of mineral oils, synthetic ester as oily additive, water soluble phosphorus compounds as extreme pressure additive and polyether nonionic surface active agent as emulsifier. It has good lubrication, cooling and cleaning performance. The main advantage is it' s uneasy to generate copper soap. Besides, it has long service life, good oxidation resistance and fully meets the needs of high speed drawing of copper wire.
