摘　　要：介绍我国特种设备安全技术规范系统及TSGD0001-2009《压力管道安全技术监察规程工业管道》颁布的意义和内容。详细解读规程中第一百一十五条条款中的欠妥字句,指出"带温"一词是俗语,而不是科学用语的依据,同时给出具体的修改意见。简介目前我国已经成功应用的压力管道常用带压维修技术方法和原理。The system of Chinese ＂special equipment safety regulation＂ and significance and content of promulgated ＂pressure pipe safety technology supervision regulation for industrial pressure pipe＂ （TSG D0001 -2009 ） were introduced, some improper terms for 115 provision in the supervision regulation were discussed, it was pointed out that the ＂with temperature＂ term is a common saying but not a scientific term, and detailed revision suggestions were given. The methods and principles of online maintenance technique in common use in our country at present were introduced.
