摘 要:目的:观察糖尿病早期大鼠心肌组织中血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2)mRNA的表达。方法:将21只8周龄雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为正常对照组(n=7)和糖尿病组(n=14),一次性腹腔注射链脲佐菌素55mg/kg.72h后血糖大于16.7mmol/L纳入糖尿病组,饲养12周。采用实时定量PCR(RT—PcR)检测正常及糖尿病大鼠心肌组织ACE2的基因表达。结果:与正常对照组相比,糖尿病组大鼠心肌组织ACE2mRNA表达显著增加(P〈0.05)。结论:在糖尿病早期,大鼠心肌组织ACE2mRNA的表达增加。Objective To observe the angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) mRNA expression in diabetic rat myocardium in early stage of diabetes. Methods Twenty-one 8-week male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group(n = 7) and diabetes group(n = 14). Diabetes was induced by a single intraperitoneal injection of STZ(55 mg/kg), after 72 h blood glucose 〉 16.7 mmol/L as diabetes. Myocardial ACE2 mRNA expression was respectively determined by real-time PCR(RT-PCR) in control group and diabetes group. Results Compared with the control group, myocardial ACE2 mRNA expression(P 〈 0.05) was significantly increased in diabetes group. Conclusion In early stage of diabetes, diabetic rat myocardial ACE2 mRNA expression was increased.
