摘 要:以钛酸乙酯Ti(C2H5O)4溶液为前驱体,采用喷雾热解沉积法(SHD)在镁基合金表面沉积钛氧化物薄膜。采用模拟体液(SBF)对薄膜进行耐腐蚀性能研究;通过X射线衍射和扫描电镜、能谱仪对进行SBF腐蚀前后薄膜的元素组成、晶体形貌和结构进行表征。结果表明:采用喷雾热解沉积法可在镁基体表面制备出无定形钛氧薄膜,该薄膜具有高活性,能够快速诱导羟基磷灰石(HAP)在其表面沉积,并能显著提高合金基体耐腐蚀性能。Titanium oxide film was deposited on the surface of magnesium-based alloy by spray hydrolysis deposition(SHD) method with tetraethyl titanate [Ti(C2H5O)4] solution as precursor.Performace of corrosion resistance of the film was studied by adopting simulated body fluid(SBF);presence of elements,morphology,and structure of the film before and after soaking in SBF were characterized by XRD,SEM,and EDS.Results showed that the amorphous Ti-O film could be prepared on the surface of magnesium-based alloy by SHD method,which film had a high activity,can rapidly induce the hydroxyapatite(HAP) to deposit on its surface and can improve corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy significantly at the same time.
