摘  要:提出了反相高效液相色谱法测定中成药风寒咳嗽颗粒中橙皮苷和柚皮苷含量的方法。采用SHIMADZUVP-ODS(4.6min×150mm,5μm)色谱柱;乙腈-pH3.5磷酸(22+78)混合溶液为流动相,流量为1.2mL·min^-1,检测波长为283nm。待测组分与其他组分分离度良好(R值〉1.5),橙皮苷和柚皮苷线性范围分别为2.8~56.0mg·L^-1和0.43~8.6mg·L^-1,橙皮苷和柚皮苷的平均回收率分别为99.2%,98.7%,相对标准偏差n=5)分别为1.2%,2.1%。RP-HPLC was applied to the determination of hesperidin and naringin in a prepared traditional Chinese medicine named "Chill Cough granules". The SHIMADZU VP-ODS column (4. 6 min× 150 mm, 5um) was used as stationary phase, and a mixture of acetonitrile and Ha PO4 solution (adjusted to pH 3. 5 preliminarily), mixed in the ratio of 22 to 78 by volume, was used as naobile phase with a flow-rate of 1. 2 mL·min^-1. UV- detection at the wavelength of 283 nm was adopted in the determination. Good separation of the components determined from other co-existing constituents was attained, giving the value of R larger than 1. 5. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of hesperidin and naringin were obtained in the ranges of 2. 8 to 56.0 mg · L^-1 and 0. 43 to 8. 6mg · L^-1 respectively. Results of recovery and precision found were., average recovery of 99.2% for hesperidin and 98.7% for naringin with values of RSD's (n=5) 1.2% and 2. 1% respectively.
