摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法测定烟草料液中防腐剂苯甲酸、山梨酸、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯的含量。样品用10g·L乙酸溶液溶解,经Waters Sep-Pak-C18固相萃取小柱净化。以ZORBAX Stable Bound色谱柱为固定相,2.0g·L^-1磷酸-乙腈(20+80)混合溶液为流动相,用二极管阵列检测器在250nm处进行测定,三种防腐剂在2.5min内可达到基线分离。方法的回收率为88.0%~101.0%,相对标准偏差(72—7)为3.1%--3.6%。A method of HPLC for the determination of preservatives, including benzoic acid, sorbic acid and ethyl-p-hydroxybenzoate, in additive liquor for tobacco was proposed. The sample was dissolved with 10g·L^-1 HOAc solution, and purified by solid phase extraction with Waters Sep-Pak-Cl8 columrL Three kinds of preservatives were separated on the ZORBAX Stable Bound chromatographic column with a mixture of 2. 0g·L^-1 phosphoric acid-acetonitrile(20+80) as mobile phase, and determined with the photodiode array detector at 250 nm. Baseline separation of benzoic acid, sorbic acid and ethyl-p-hydroxybenzoate was attained within 2. 5 mira Values of recovery and RSD's (n=7) were in the ranges of 88. 0%--101.0% and 3. 1%--3.6% respectively.
