摘  要:研究了二苄基亚砜(DBSO)对钯(Ⅱ)的萃取性能,并将DBSO与C18反相键合硅胶混合的固相萃取(SPE)柱用于钯(Ⅱ)分离。钯(Ⅱ)在pH2的盐酸溶液中,以1.0~2.0mL·min^-1流速通过混有一定量BDSO的SPE柱。用50g·L^-1硫脲的0.01mol·L^-1盐酸溶液作为洗脱液,将钯(Ⅱ)从柱上洗脱。用光度法测定洗脱液中钯量,回收率达90%以上。应用该法分析了两件样品,钯含量的测定值与原子吸收光谱法测定结果相一致。The extractive property of dibenzyl sulfoxide (DBSO) toward Pd( Ⅱ ) was studied, and mixture of DBSO and C18 reverse phase bonding silica gel was used for SPE separation of Pd( Ⅱ ). A HCl solution of pH 2. 0 containing Pd(Ⅱ ) was passed through the SPE column at a flow rate of 1.0--2. 0 mL · min^-1. A solution of 50 g·L^-1 thiourea in 0. 01mol· L^-1 HCl was used as eluant to desorb Pd( Ⅱ ) from the column, and Pd( Ⅱ ) in the eluate was determined photometrically. Values of recovery were found to be more than 90%. The proposed method was used in the analysis of two samples, the results obtained were in consistency with those obtained by AAS.
