摘 要:基于集中质量法建立了弧齿锥齿轮8自由度弯-轴-扭三维空间动力学模型。模型中考虑了啮合刚度的时变性、几何传递误差的非线性、齿轮副间隙及轴承刚度的非线性。利用齿面接触分析与齿面承载接触分析求出几何传递误差与轮齿综合啮合刚度,利用轴承变形理论求出系统非线性支承刚度,使用Runge-Kutta法对传动系统进行动态响应求解,并研究了这些因素对弧齿锥齿轮振动的影响。结果表明:几何传递误差是影响齿轮振动的最主要因素,由啮合刚度变化引起的一系列振动受转速与负载的影响较大。A spiral bevel gear 8 DOF bend-shaft-torsion dynamic model of three-dimensional space is established based on lumped-mass method. The model takes into account the time-varying of mesh stiffness, the nonlinearity of geometric transmission error, the nonlinearity of the gear pair clearance as well as the nonlinearity of bearing stiffness. The geometric transmission error and tooth mesh stiffness are derived from the tooth contact analysis and load tooth contact analysis. The nonlinear stiffness of support system is derived from the bearing deformation theory. The Runge-Kutta Method is used for the solution of dynamic response of the transmission system under different operating conditions. The paper also studies how these factors affect the spiral bevel gear's vibration. The paper concludes that the geometric error in transmission is the most important factor in vibration and, the series of vibration caused by the changes of meshing stiffness, to a large extent, are influenced by the operating conditions.
