头孢噻肟钠与环丙沙星预防生殖内分泌科围手术期感染的前瞻性随机对照临床试验

摘　　要：目的:比较头孢噻肟钠与环丙沙星预防生殖内分泌科围手术期感染的有效性和安全性。方法:我院内分泌科2009年7月～2010年1月的符合病例选择标准的受试者240例,按随机数字表分配入组,各120例。按照《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》规定给药。试验组给予头孢噻肟钠2.0g+甲硝唑0.5g,对照组给予环丙沙星200mg+甲硝唑0.5g。结果:对照组泌尿道感染2例;试验组泌尿道感染1例,呼吸道感染1例,不明原因感染1例,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组受试者血常规、C-反应蛋白、尿常规、生命体征、术后最高体温、术后退热时间、不良反应差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:头孢噻肟钠与环丙沙星在预防生殖内分泌科围手术期感染的有效性和安全性方面差异无统计学意义。OBJECTIVE：To study the effectiveness and safety of cefotaxime sodium vs.ciprofloxacin for preventing infection in perioperative period in the department of reproductive endocrinology.METHODS：240 patients,who met the selection criteria in the department of Reproductive Endocrinology of West China Second University Hospital from Jul.2009 to Jan.2010,were divided into the trial group and control group （n=120）.Both groups were given medicine according to Clinical Guidelines for Antibiotics.Trial group were given cefotaxime sodium 2.0 g＋metronidazole 0.5 g,and control group ciprofloxacin 0.2 g＋metronidazole 0.5 g.RESULTS：2 cases of urinary tract infection were found in control group;In trial group,there were 1 cases of urinary tract infection,1 case of respiratory tract infection and 1 case of infection of unknown causes.There was no statistical difference between 2 groups （P0.05）.There was no statistical difference between the 2 groups in respect of blood routine,CRP,urine routine,vital signs,the highest postoperative temperature,postoperative defervescence time and adverse drug reaction （P0.05）.CONCLUSION：There is no statistical difference in effectiveness and safety between cefotaxime sodium and ciprofloxacin for preventing infection in perioperative period in the department of reproductive endocrinology.
