摘　　要：毛泽东的统筹兼顾思想是在探索社会主义建设道路中形成的重要理论成果,是科学发展观的思想先导和理论渊源之一。其理论本质是科学发展观"以人为本"核心价值观的基础;其主体思想"论十大关系"是科学发展观"八大统筹"思想的直接来源;其思维方法为科学发展观提供了重要的方法论指导。科学发展观在内涵、范围、历史地位以及实践效果等方面进一步拓展、升华和发展了毛泽东的统筹兼顾思想。Thought of ＂making overall plans and taking all factors into consideration＂ proposed by Mao Tse-tung is not only an important theoretical achievement in the process of exploring a socialist route,but also the guide and theoretical origin of the Scientific Outlook on Development.The nature of the thought is the value base of ＂human first＂ orientation;the main part of the thought ＂On the Ten Major Relationship＂ has directly evolved into ＂The Eight Overall Planning＂;the way of study applied to the thought provides the Scientific Outlook on Development with important methodology.Scientific Outlook on Development has offered a distillation of Mao＇s thought and further developed it in respects of connotation,scope,historical status and practical effects.
