摘 要:研究某双级跨音风扇的减振阻尼台结构进行简化问题,为提高风扇稳定裕度和减少流动损失,对风扇进行数值仿真以及机匣处理的过程中,证明阻尼台结构对风扇的影响是不可忽略。通过对比分析带阻尼台和不带阻尼台风扇相同转速下的性能曲线,阻尼台的引入不仅使风扇的压比和效率有所下降,而且对稳定边界也有所影响。对两种模型下风扇的内部流场进行了对比分析,仿真结果表明,由于阻尼台的引入,使得流场中的微观流动结构发生了变化,已提高了风扇的稳定性。因此,为随后进行的对风扇流动稳定性分析以及机匣处理设计,提供了可靠的依据。This article studies the problem of predigestion for partspan shroud of the two stage fan,in other words, whether the influence of partspan shroud in the fan should be ignored in the process of numerical simulation and casing treatment.Three - dimensional viscous numerical simulation was conducted to examine the internal flow fields in a two - stage transonic fan with and without partspan shroud at transonic and subsonic condition.After comparing the overall performance lines at the same speed,it is found that the pressure ratio and the efficiency of the fan were reduced, and the stability of the boundary has also been influenced because of the partspan shroud.Through analyzing the calculated flow fields in detail,it is concluded that the micro flow structure was changed due to the introducing the partspan shroud,thus affecting the stability of the fan.Therefore,the partspan shroud can not be ignored during the followed analyzing process of the flow stability and design the casing treatment.
