摘  要:为了进一步完善下运带式输送机在运输过程中的安全制动效果,通过对制动装置在生产过程中存在的不安全问题分析,对下运带式输送机制动装置进行改进,将制动器安装在传动滚筒的低速轴上,和传动机构形成一个整体,增加制动器的安全稳固性;并利用矿井压力水为液压制动推杆提供制动力,结构紧凑,又具有节能效果。试验结果表明:新型下运带式输送机制动装置比以前使用在高速轴上的液压电磁闸瓦制动器更具有较强的制动作用,下运带式输送机的工作状态得到明显改善,运输过程中未出现放飞车、断带、埋机头、机身抖动、制动后下滑等事故现象。在制动器工作后,将液压制动推杆收回,输送机仍然保持静止状态,保证了制动器工作过程的稳定可靠。In order to further improve the safety braking effect during the conveying procedure of the downward belt conveyor,the paper had an analysis on the unsafe problems existed in the production process of the braking device.The braking device of the downward belt conveyor was improved.The brake was installed on the low speed shaft of the driving drum and integrated with the driving mechanism.The safety and stability of the brake was improved.The underground pressurized water was applied to provide the braking power of the hydraulic braking bar.Thus the brake would be compact in structure and have an energy saving effect.The test results showed that the new braking device of the conveyor could have a more power braking action than the hydraulic and electric magnetic brake installed on the high speed shaft,the performances of the downward belt conveyor was obviously improved and there would be no running,belt breaking,head jammed,conveyor vibration,downward slicing after braking and other accidents occurred during the transportation operation.When the brake in operation,the hydraulic braking bar should be pulled back and the conveyor could be in a static state in order to keep the stable and reliable during the operation period of the brake.
