摘 要:对以蓄电池为动力的RXD5矿用指挥车电气系统进行设计。该电气系统包括动力电池及其管理系统、整车控制系统、变频调速系统和显示系统,各系统之间采用CAN总线的方式进行通信。电气系统以工程车辆专用控制器为核心,实时监测车辆运行时的各项参数,判断车辆的运行状态,并具有故障诊断功能。调速系统采用无速度传感器的直接转矩控制技术,使交流电机具有直流电动机的起动转矩和牵引特性,并且在制动、减速、下坡等工况运行时产生的再生电力将回馈动力电池。这对井下环境恶劣、路面坑洼不平、长距离爬坡的工况非常有利。The electric system of the RXD5 mine command vehicle was designed with the battery as the power.The electric system is including the power battery and the managing system,the whole vehicle control system,the frequency converted speed control system and the display system.There is CAN between each system for the communication.The electric system was based on the special controller of the engineering vehicle as the key to on time monitor and control each parameter during the vehicle operation and to judge the operation status.The electric system also had a fault diagnosis function.The direct torque control technology with the no speed sensor was applied to the speed control system.The AC motor would have the start torque and haulage features of the DC motor.The regenerated electric power generated during operations of the braking,speed reducing,down slope and other performances would be feedback to the power battery.This would be very favorable to the underground poor environment,the depression and uneven roadway surface,long distance climbing and other performances.
