摘　　要：随着计算机辅助设计技术的发展,以Solidworks为代表的三维设计软件已广泛应用到食品机械设计中。通过Solidworks软件对骨肉分离机进行虚拟样机设计,建立整机的三维模型,完成结构及尺寸检查;对螺旋轴进行仿真分析,完成螺旋叶片与壳体的干涉检查;对骨出口间隙调整方式进行仿真分析,确定该方案的可行性;对尾轴进行有限元分析,完成尾轴强度校核。由此为骨肉分离机的设计提供了参考。With the development of computer-aided design technology,three-dimensional（3-D） designing softwares with a main representative of Solidworks have been widely applied to food machinery design.In this paper,using Solidworks software to design the virtual prototype of the bone-meat separating equipment was introduced,including examining the structure and dimension by establishing a whole 3-D model machine;simulation analysis of the screw axis,checking of the spiral blade and the shell of interference;simulation analysis of the bone export clearance adjustment method,determining the feasibility of the program;intensity checking of the shaft through finite element analysis.Based upon these contents,it provided some references in the design of bone-meat separating equipment.
