摘  要:结垢是油田注水生产过程中普遍存在的问题,可以发生在地层和井筒的各个部位。结垢不仅对产层造成伤害、降低原油采收率,还导致原油成本上升。针对油井结垢严重这一问题,实验选择大庆肇州油田州40-38垢样及水样,对垢样进行成分分析,对水样进行离子组成分析,并根据分析结果,提出结垢机理。结果表明:该油井采油设备被严重腐蚀,所结垢的成分主要是由Si、Al化合物组成的矿物质垢和铁垢。The problem of scaling in oilfield injection process is common.It can occur in the bottom and every part of the shaft.The scaling not only damage production zone and reduce oil recovery,but also increase the cost of oil.In order to understand the serious of scaling,the block 40-38 scale and water sample are collected in Zhaozhou oilfield of Daqing and analyzed.Then a scaling mechanism was made which based on the results of scale analysis and water analysis.The results show that the oil production equipment is serious corrosion.The component is mainly iron scales and mineral scales composed by Si,Al compounds.
