不同厂家盐酸二甲双胍片体外溶出度的比较

摘　　要：为比较6个厂家盐酸二甲双胍片体外溶出度,为临床用药提供参考。采用转篮法和紫外分光光度法对6个厂家生产的盐酸二甲双胍片的体外溶出度进行测定。结果6个厂家的盐酸二甲双胍片的体外溶出度均符合《中国药典》2005年版的规定,但各厂家盐酸二甲双胍片的体外溶出参数m、T30、T50、Td和T80间存在显著差异(P<0.01)。说明不同厂家的产品溶出度的明显差异,应进一步对目前正在使用的这6种产品进行评价,以期对盐酸二甲双胍片的使用和采购提供一定参考。To compare the dissolution rate in vitro of metformin hydrochloride tablets from six different pharmaceutical factories and provide reference for clinical treatment,the dissolution rate of metformin hydrochloride in vitro from six different pharmaceutical factories was determined by basket-rotating method and UV spectrophotometry method.The dissolution of metformin hydrochloride tablets in vitro from six different pharmaceutical factories conformed to the standards of Chinese Pharmacopoeia（2005 edition）.However,there were significant differences in dissolution parameter m,T30,T50,Td and T80 （P0.01）among the metformin hydrochloride tablets from six different pharmaceutical factories.The study indicated that there is significant difference in dissolution of metformin hydrochloride tablets manufacturing by six different pharmaceutical factories,so the clinical effects of the six metformin hydrochloride tablets should be evaluated further.
