摘　　要：目的建立健全科学的医疗、科技档案信息系统,进一步发展和规范社区卫生服务管理模式。方法走访社区卫生服务机构;了解社区卫生机构病案管理现状。结果发现社区病案信息管理有较大发展空间。结论尽快统一病案信息管理标准,全面实施病案管理工作,规范社区病案信息管理,更好的为居民健康服务。Objective Community health service is the developing trend,and medical records information management system should be developed simultaneously with high starting point.Methods Through visiting community health service,the status of medical records management in community health agencies was understood.Results There was much room for community medical records information management to develop.Conclusion It can provide better services to residents＇ health to unify medical records information management standards as soon as possible,comprehensively implement medical records management,and standardize community medical records information management.
