摘　　要：为了强化对病案管理人员专业能力的培训,提高病案管理水平。我院通过建立病案管理专业试题库并导入计算机网络系统,形成医院局域网支持下的试题练习和考试系统。建立了平时训练与集中考试相结合的继续教育培训模式。此种模式体现了计算机网络自动化、智能化、高效化的优势,培养了病案管理人员接受专业培训的主动性和自觉性。该系统使用实践提示,现代化的科学手段应用于职工的继续教育,是提高专业人员素质的有效途径。Objective Professional skills and work capacity of medical records staff directly determine work quality;and improving qualities of medical records staff is an important guarantee for informatization construction of medical records management.Methods The online examination system of medical records staff with hospital characteristics was formed by establishing the question bank and introducing it into the system.Results From the aspects of using methods,application status,characteristics and advantages,this system had a variety of advantages including scientification,automation,intelligentification and high-efficiency,which was a perfect combination of training and examination of medical records staff with modern technology.Conclusion Through reasonable use,it will comprehensively improve the professional skills and work capacity of medical records staff to better serve for clinic and society.
