摘　　要：新医改政策提出,公立医院要摒弃市场化,强调公益性。医院的公益性、非盈利性定位将对公立医院盈利能力和自我发展能力产生重大影响。面对新的医改政策,医院适应经营管理模式的转变,认真分析成本管控对医院经营成果的影响,积极探讨医院成本管控的意义、方法与措施,有助于医院提高经营效率。The new medical reform requires public hospitals to abandon the market and emphasize public welfare.The characteristics of public welfare and non-profit have significant impact on the ability of profitability and self-development of public hospital.Facing the new medical reform policy,hospital should change management model,carefully analysis the cost control on the operating results,actively explore the significance and methods of hospital cost control.All these measures would be beneficial to improve the operational efficiency of hospital.
