医院开展“主题年”活动的做法与实效

摘　　要：随着我国医疗卫生改革的不断深入,医院发展遇到许多新的问题,作为公立医院,适应改革形势,创新发展理念,强化内部管理,提高运行质量,从而推动医院全面、协调和可持续发展,至关重要。本文以"全国医院管理年活动先进单位"十堰市某医院,九年来成功开展的"主题年"活动为例,从动因、做法、效果及体会等四个方面予以分析、论证,以期为公立医院寻求改革发展路径提供参考。With the deepen of medical care reform in our country,the development of the hospital met with many new problems,For a public hospital,those problems were quite important that how to adopt reform situation,renovate the idea of development,strengthen interior management and improve operational quality.In this article,the experiences were proved from four aspects about factor,approach,result and understanding according to the activity of Theme Year for nine years in Hubei Shiyan Taihe Hospital,which will provide some references for Public Hospital Reform.
