摘　　要：回顾总结"十一五"期间我军卫生装备建设与管理所取得的成绩,分析存在的重供轻管、重供轻训、重供轻修等主要问题,研究提出依法管装、科学用装、从严施训的解决对策。The article made a retrospective analysis on the construction and management of military health equipment in the 11th five-year-pan.The main problems mainly included stressing supply but despising management,training and repairing.The author also put forward some suggestion,which included managing equipment according to laws,using equipment scientifically,training strickly.
