摘　　要：通过医院机动卫勤分队训练情况,发现文职人员管理中存在的一些矛盾及问题主要表现在军事素质薄弱,卫勤保障知识匮乏,组织纪律观念淡薄等。分析问题产生的原因,提出解决矛盾的方法。并对发挥机动卫勤分队中文职人员的作用提出看法。The author introduced some problems existing in the management of the civilian staff through the training of mobile medical support detachment.These problems were mainly in the lack of military quality,medical support knowledge and organizational discipline idea.The author also found the causes and gave some suggestions on solving the contradictions.Finally,the author gave some advice on how to improve the function of the civilian staff in mobile medical support detachment.
