摘  要:目的探讨在维和医疗工作中与多国患者沟通交流的技巧和方法,总结相关护理经验。方法努力提高自身英语水平,积极与患者沟通,掌握不同国家及种族患者的生活习惯,"以病人为中心"提供个性化护理,建立良好的护患关系。结论不断提高自身素质,采取多元化的沟通方式,提高了患者满意度,确保了护理计划的有效落实和诊疗方案顺利实施。Objective To investigate how to improve the skill of communication with the patients in the peacekeeping medical unit and to assemble the nursing experience.Methods To improve the level of English for communication with patients actively and mast the different customs of the different countries.To build the harmony relationship between the nurse and patients by individualized nursing and looking patients as the center of nursing.Conclusion It was the improvement of personal character and pluralism communication that raised the satisfaction rate of patients and assured the implement of the plan of the nursing and treatment.
