摘　　要：《司法鉴定机构执业条件评估标准》旨要介绍了《司法鉴定机构执业条件评估标准》的研制背景,论述了按照合法性、科学性、要素性和合理性原则,确定其基本框架和基本内容。指出该标准具有导向功能、评价功能和管理功能,有利于促进机构建设和评价的规范化、科学化。The background of the Evaluation Standard for Qualification of Forensic Appraisal Institutes is introduced.The basic framework and main contents of the Evaluation Standard are put forward,which is in conformity with the principle of the legality,scientificity,compositionality and rationality.The Evaluation Standard has the function of orientation,evaluation and management,and is helpful to the standardization of the construction and evaluation of forensic appraisal institutes.
