摘　　要：大容量的氢内冷汽轮发电机定子线圈为国内首次制造，其线圈结构与水内冷和空冷定子线圈有许多不同之处，尤其是线圈的空心管壁薄，为防止生产过程中空心管变形，增加了填充物的灌注工艺、排除工艺和打弹子检测试验。本文重点研究了如何保证填充物灌注充实，如何排净填充物等方面内容。The stator coils of large turbogenerator with hydrogen direct inner-cooling system have been manufactubed in China for the first the.They have great difference with the coils Of water - cooled and airr-cooled generator in structure, especially in that the wall of the tubular conductor is thinner. To avoid deformation, new technologies such as imbuing the tubular conductors with filler and squeezing it out are adapted. This paper mainly discusses how to make sure if the conductors are full of filler and how to drain itoff completely.
