摘　　要：文章在分析师范院校现有培养模式不足的基础上,提出以"多导师"制为支撑,培养"教师+IT工程师"的新型培养模式,并详细描述该模式的内涵和实施中的关键问题。在该模式的指引下,我院学生综合素质得到提高,毕业生深受用人单位欢迎。Based on analyzing the shortage of training mode in normal universities, this paper proposes a new talent training mode of training teachers and IT engineers based on multiple tutors system, and describes the connotation of mode and key problems in implementation process in detail. The comprehensive qualities of students in our department are improved under the guidance of the mode. The graduates are welcomed by employing units.
