摘　　要：呼吸机相关性肺炎是机械通气治疗最常见的并发症之一，抗生素治疗不当及多重耐药病例病死率极高。为减少呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率、降低病死率，正确诊断、合理应用抗生素、实行防治结合尤其重要。Ventilator-associated pneumonia （VAP） is one of the most common complications of mechanical ventilation. The mortality of VAP is very high because of inappropriate antibiotic treatment and multidrug resistance. In order to reduce the incidence and mortality of VAP. accurate diagnosis, rational use of antibiotics,combination of prevention and treatment are particularly important.
