摘　　要：血管内皮功能障碍是心血管疾病的主要危险因素之一,早期准确评价这一器官功能很有临床价值。目前临床检测方法主要有以下三种方法:血浆中释放血浆标志物、通过影像学检测血管舒张功能、循环内皮相关细胞计数。三种方法各有优缺点,并且它们之间是相互联系。本文就此三种方法的研究进展做一概述。Vascular endothelial dysfunction is a major risk factor resulting in cardiovascular diseases.Early and accurate evaluation of this organ has the clinical value.At present,clinical testing methods mainly in the following three ways：the release of plasma plasma markers,imaging detection vasodilation,circulating endothelial cell counts related.Three methods have their advantages and disadvantages,and they are interrelated.The paper reviews the research of the three methods.
