摘 要:目的研究金樱子对链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)和高糖高脂诱导的实验性糖尿病大鼠肝氧化应激的影响。方法用STZ腹腔注射和饲喂高糖高脂诱导法建立SD大鼠糖尿病模型,随机分为糖尿病模型组和金樱子干预组,同时另设正常对照组和金樱子对照组。24周后处死大鼠,取肝组织,用免疫组化方法检测肝脏组织细胞MCP-1、NF-κB二个因子的表达。结果糖尿病模型组MCP-1、NF-κB蛋白的表达与金樱子干预组比较有差异(P<0.05);金樱子对照组与正常对照组比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论金樱子可以下调实验性糖尿病鼠肝MCP-1、NF-κB的表达,增强其抗氧化能力。Objective To investigate the effects of Rosa Laevigata Mickx on oxidative stress in liver of STZ and high sucrose/high fat feed-induced model in rats with experimental diabetes. Methods The SD rats with diabetes by intraperitoneal injection of STZ and high sucrose/high fat feed were randomly divided into two groups :diabetes model group ,and diabetes intervened with Rosa Laevigata Mickx. In addition another two groups were made :normal control group ,control group with Rosa Laevigata Mickx. All groups were sacrificed at the 24th week,liver samples were collected. Protein expression of MCP-1 and NF-κB in liver was detected through immunohistochemistry. Methods The protein expression of MCP-1 and NF-κB in liver of the diabetes model group were higher than those of intervention groups ( P 〈0. 05). The distinction between the control group and the normal group was not obvious ( P 〉0. 05). Conclusion Rosa Laevigata Mickx can decrease expression of MCP-1 and NF-κB in liver of diabetes rats and increase antioxidation ability of diabetes rats.
