甲硝唑在治疗阴道炎中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨甲硝唑在治疗阴道炎中的临床效果和应用。方法回顾性分析我院自2005年1月至2009年12月共治疗的167例阴道炎患者,随机分为2组,治疗组(口服甲硝唑+阴道外用甲硝唑)84人,对照组(口服制霉菌素+演到外用达克宁栓)83人,观察其治疗效果。结果治疗组84例,痊愈23例,治愈率27.4%为,显效45例,显效率53.6%为,有效12例,有效率为14.3%,无效4例,无效率为4.7%,总有效率95.3%为,有8例出现胃部不适,头晕、恶心等症状,不良反应率为15.7%;对照组83例,治愈例16,治愈率为19.3%,显效38例,显效率为45.8%,有效20例,有效率为24.1%,无效9例,无效率为10.8%,总有效率为89.2%,有13例出现胃部不适,头晕、恶心等症状,不良反应率为15.7%。两组比较有差异统计学意义。结论甲硝唑治疗阴道炎效果显著,值得在临床中推广。Objective The discussion armor niter zuo in treats in vaginitis＇s clinical effect and the application. Results The treatment group 84 examples,convalesce 23 examples,the cure rate 27. 4% are,shows results 45 examples,obviously the efficiency 53. 6% are,the effective 12 examples,effectiveness is 14. 3% ,the invalid 4 examples,the inefficiency is 4. 7% ,the total effectiveness 95. 3% are,some 8 examples present the stomach to be ill,dizziness,disgusting and so on symptoms,the bad reaction reactivity rate is 15. 7% ; The control group 83 examples,the cure example 16,the cure rate is 19. 3% ,shows results 38 examples,obviously the efficiency is 45. 8% ,the effective 20 examples,effectiveness is 24. 1% ,the invalid 9 examples,the inefficiency is 10. 8% ,the total effectiveness is 89. 2% ,some 13 examples present the stomach to be ill,dizziness,disgusting and so on symptoms,the bad reaction reactivity rate is 15. 7%. Two groups of comparisons have the difference statistics significance. Two group of comparison differences have statistics significance. Conclusion The armor niter zuo treats the vaginitis effect to be remarkable,is worth promoting in clinical.
