摘　　要：我国水电发展既有极好的机遇,也有前所未有的挑战。为了开拓思路,积极探索和创新,走出符合我国国情的、有特色的水电发展之路,本文研究比较了世界及各大洲水电发展情况、特点及存在的问题。本文是比较研究成果的一部分,以水电开发较为活跃的发展中国家-印度和越南为例,分别从水力资源状况、水电开发历程及未来挑战,尤其是水电开发中的生态保护措施和水能与其它电力能源关系等方面,进行了分析和研究。The hydropower development in China faces both good opportunities and unprecedented challenges problems. Aim to make the way forward clear and investigate the new way for hydropower better development of China,the present situation,characteristics and problems of hydropower development of different nations in the world have been introduced and investigated by the authors. Taking India and Vietnam＇s hydropower development as examples,analyses have been made on their water resources condition,hydropower development process and future＇s challenge,especially the issue about ecology protection in hydropower development and relationship with the other type of power.
