摘　　要：通过对北京奥运会小轮车场馆医疗保健工作的总结，分析比较赛前演练、应对预案以及医疗保障人员的素质对保障运动员生命安全、顺利完成比赛的重要意义。通过对第29届北京奥运会小轮车场馆比赛过程中受伤运动员的急救过程进行总结，发现与奥运会其他赛事相比，小轮车运动员受伤几率最高，共救治20人，其中多为皮肤挫裂伤和骨折，皮肤挫裂伤以面部和四肢部位多见，骨折以锁骨骨折和四肢长骨骨折多见。与2007年6月北京小轮车测试赛相比较，计时赛、淘汰赛和决赛，受伤人数明显减少，受伤程度减轻，所有受伤人员都得到及时、合理和有效的医疗服务，阋满完成了奥运医疗保障任务。通过本次奥运会的实战，赛前制定合理预案、进行的演练、熟练的现场急救技术、结构合理的医疗团队以及协调是保障运动员生命安全、顺利完成奥运会小轮车比赛的关键，为今后奥运会和世界杯比赛医疗保健提供宝贵经验。It is of great importance to analyze practice before match, predetermined plan and security staff＇s quality tot protecting the athlete life safety and completing the competition smoothly and peacefully. We summarized the medical and health care work for bicycle motocross sports events of ihe Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. The emergency care process of injured athlete in the bicycle motocross competition in Beijing 2008 Olympic Games was included. Among injured athletes in this sport item, most of them were skin bruised laceration and fracture. Skin bruised laceration mainly occurred on the face and extremities, and the serious fracture was neck fracture, then vertebral fracture, clavicular fracture, and long bone fracture of extremities. 20 athletes were treated and cured during trainin＇~ seminars, time trial, knockout round and final match. All injured patients were treated promptly, accurately, and effectively. The key measures of medical and health care work to protect athletes＇ life safety and complete competition smoothly for bicycle motocross sports events in Beijing Olympic Games were reasonable predetermined plan, repeated practice before competition, experienced emergency care skills, medical service team with reasonable structure and coordinated scheduling. Medical and health care work for the 29th Olympic Games was executed and completed successfully. It provides useful experience for references that can be conducted in future Olympic Games and World Cup competition.
