外伤性截瘫实施阶段性护理探讨

摘　　要：通过对38例外伤性截瘫患者实施早期、中期、康复期的分阶段护理，探讨了在该类患者中实施针对性不同阶段护理的方法、意义及效果。我们体会到护理人员要有娴熟急救技术，高度责任心、同情心，在患者疾病的不同阶段有目的地突出不同护理重点问题，实施精心的观察护理对策的护理过程，降低了病死率，预防和明显减少并发症的发生，使患者最大程度获得功能重建，提高愈后生活质量，减轻家庭及社会负担。Stage-based nursing care was assumed for 38 patients of tramatic paraplegia. The early care includes observation of life signs, blood oxygen monitoring, avoidance of tracheal intubation by all means, establishment of venous channel, pre-operational preparation, etc. The post-operational care includes intensive observation of the life signs, wound, and drainage. And the nursing care durinng rehabiliatation includes pyshological nursing care, rational nutrition, and prevention of infection of lung and urinary tract, etc. The conditions of all 38 patients ＂had been improved.
