摘  要:在电导法测量金属表面上流功液膜厚度的试验基础上,结合电场数值分析方法研究了探针结构参数对测量的液膜厚度范围和测量精度的影响,并对电导探头附近区域的液膜内的电场进行了分析。结果表明,较小的绝缘环外径与金属探针直径之比和较小直径的金属探针有助于提高测量局部液膜厚度的能力,但同时也引起了电导探头测量液膜厚度范围的减小。Based on the experiment on measurement of the thickness of the thin liquid film on the metal surfaces with electrical conductance method, an experimental and analytical study was performed on the effect of the probe size parameter on the measurement accuracy and range. The discussion was also carried out by combining the analysis of the electric field of the liquid film around the electrical conductance probe. The research results showed that the small ratio of outer diameter of the dielectric ring to the diameter of the metal probe trended to improve the performance of thickness measurement of local liquid fihn, but reduced the measurement range of the electric conductance probe.
