摘 要:能按不同的气隙磁密波形设计永磁直流电动机不等厚瓦形磁钢,不仅可得到各具特色的电机性能,而且可使充磁工艺简便,电机性能稳定可靠。文章利用磁钢工作点确定原理,利用相对值图解法,论述并推导出只需利用一个计算公式就可设计不等厚瓦形磁钢各磁钢元厚度变化规律的设计方法,适合于各种规格电机;而铁磁磁压降非线性问题带来的设计复杂化也可通过图解法逐一求解解决。本设计方法可设计出产生任何一种气隙磁密波形的磁钢并使电机性能稳定可靠。In permanentmagnet DC motor,the inconsistent thickness tile shape magnetic pole can be designed according to different waveform of air gap magnetic density. It can not only achieve various motor capacity, but also simplify the magnetization process, steady the electric feature. By applying the permanentmagnetic pole work point confirming rule and the relative value schema method, the method to design varying rule of every permanentmagnetic element thickness of the pole by only one formula is discussed and derived. It adapts every motor specification. The complexity, caused by the ferromagnetic nonlinear magnetic pressure drop, is solved by schema method. The method can be used to design the permanentmagnetic pole to generate every kinds of waveform of air gap magnetic dendity and ensure their capacity steady and credible.
