摘　　要：介绍了７５ｔ／ｈ水冷异型分离循环流化床锅炉的设计参数、结构特点、关键部件、运行情况和存在的问题。采用异型水冷分离器的７５ｔ／ｈ循环流化床锅炉比同容量的煤粉炉占地面积略小。第１批３台燃用不同燃料的锅炉的运行实践表明该炉燃料适应性强。密封性好，避免使用高温膨胀节。出力可以在铭牌的１１５％长期稳定运行，甚至超过１２０％。通过对有关参数的测量，确定了该炉的进一步完善方向并已实施。This paper introduces the design parameters, structure features, key components, operation and existing problems of 75 t/h CFBC boiler with square water cooled separator. Compared with the same capacity PC boiler, the 75 t/h CFBC boiler with square water cooled separator possesses less land area. The operation practice of the first three boilers burning different coals shown its good fuel adaptability, high tightnees, without necessity of using high temperature expansion joint. They could steadily operate at 115% or even at more than 120% of boiler's rating. Through measurements of related parameters, the further improvements were determined and some of them have been put into practice.
